POLY URETHANE UEP series are new resin products developed by Yoo Yang Special Industrial Co., Ltd. and are used in molding electrical, electronic and communications equipment. The product acquired C-UL mark, the USA & Canada Integrated Safety Standards, on Aug, 30, 1994, for the first time for a Korean enterprise since the North America Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA) went into effect. Because the product has superior electrical characteristics, high water-resistance and fire-resistance, and has no properties change even after hardened, it is widely used to maintain and protect the function of electrical and electronic parts. In addition, this high-class resin has high productivity and superior workability.

◆ Characteristics

Electric characteristics are highly favorable.

Workability is excellent and humid-resistance high.

Solventless resin with superior stability and long-lasting durability.

Contraction percentage is low and, because heat strain temperature is high, adhesiveness is strong.

Resin is nontoxic and fire-resistance is superior.

◆ Use

Widely used as protective coating for electrical and electronic part circuits.

Used on connectors and cord wiring fixtures, and on stabilizer molding.

Used on automobile electrical part coating and molding.

Used also as substitute items for silicone and epoxy products.
